What if I accidentally stain the Golden Sherwani & Pyjami Style #S-21?

We understand that clothing mishaps are common. Minor stains, nicks, and damage to buttons and zippers will be taken care of by Veda Clothing free of charge.

What if I damage the outfit?

If the product is damaged beyond repair or if we never receive the product from you, you would have to pay an amount equivalent to 150% of the retail price. You may check our Privacy Policy for more details for that matter.

What if I am late returning the dress?

Oh! We would hate for this to occur and invite you to avoid that at all costs. We rely on you to come back to our goods on time so we can satisfy our promise to our other clients. Regrettably, we’ll need to charge a late charge of INR 1,000/day for any delay — that will be deducted from the security deposit.

My event is canceled/postponed, do I need to pay cancellation fees?

If your event is postponed, then we will make arrangements to correct the delivery and return dates, given the outfit is on the new dates. Nonetheless, in light of this present COVID-19 scenario, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged, should you cancel your purchase within fourteen days of the event date. For any orders canceled before, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
